Something not working, or a clock-in recorded wrongly? Start here. Most issues are quicker to fix through your own manager than through us, so this page says which is which.
Email support@rotaflux.co.uk. We aim to reply within two working days. Please include the name of your shop and, if you are reporting a clock-in problem, the date and rough time it happened.
The mobile app uses the same email address and password as RotaFlux on the web. If the web sign-in works and the app does not, check that you are on the current version from the App Store. If you have forgotten your password, use the reset link on the web sign-in page — the app cannot reset it for you.
RotaFlux accounts are created by your employer, not by signing up in the app. Ask your manager to add you to the shop.
Three things to check, in order: that you allowed notifications when the app asked after sign-in; that the shop is not muted — press and hold it on the home screen to see; and that notifications are enabled for RotaFlux in your device settings. Signing out deliberately stops notifications on that handset, which matters on a shared phone.
Your manager can correct it directly in RotaFlux on the web, and that is much faster than going through us. Corrections are recorded so the change is visible.
Ask your manager to set a new one. PINs are stored only as a hash, so nobody — including us — can read your existing PIN back to you.
See the privacy policy for what we hold and how to ask. Your employer controls your employment records, so ask your manager first; if they cannot help, email us at support@rotaflux.co.uk.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, email support@rotaflux.co.uk with the detail and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
